As part of the global movement to end gender-based violence, WRRN (Women Rehabilitation and Resilience Network) has actively participated in the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign. This year, WRRN has collaborated with several esteemed organizations to raise awareness and promote action against gender violence.

WRRN organized and participated in workshops and discussions focusing on women’s rights, gender equality, and creating violence-free environments. These sessions brought together community leaders, activists, and survivors to share experiences and strategies to combat violence in society. - Cultural Programs and Performances, 10 December, 2024
WRRN was part of a vibrant cultural program that included गीतिनाटक (musical theater), which creatively highlighted issues surrounding gender-based violence and the need for societal change. This form of art became a powerful tool to engage and raise awareness within local communities. - Interactive Dialogues on Women’s Rights and Natural Resources, 10 December, 2024
The organization hosted an interactive dialogue on women’s rights and the importance of natural resource management in empowering women. This forum aimed at addressing the intersection of gender, environment, and development while ensuring the inclusion of marginalized voices in decision-making processes. - Collaborative Efforts to make bigger impact
WRRN worked alongside Green Foundation Nepal, RDN, FECOFUN, Ashmita Nepal, AFFON, and HIMAWANTI to strengthen the impact of the 16 Days campaign. By collaborating with these organizations, WRRN was able to amplify its message and extend its reach, making the movement more inclusive and widespread.
