Training on Market analysis and development focusing on Ginger and Turmeric was given to the 30 women from Pashupati community forest. The women of Pashupati CF have been actively involved in the cultivation and harvesting of different medicinal plants from a long time. Among which ginger and turmeric were selected for training with the aim of providing them knowledge about overall market, demand, supply and methods of making proper business plan. First day was about the interaction and visit to the site. Gradually after the next day training was given to them starting from basic concepts to the calculation, estimation of costs, profits, budgets, etc. After attending training women group were able to make their business plan by the end of training.
