We focus on strengthening the leadership and entrepreneurial skills of women including parliamentarians, local leaders, and grassroots activists especially in areas related to climate change, biodiversity, and community forestry. Our projects empower women to claim their rights, lead forest management initiatives, and grow women- led enterprise, paving the way for greater economic independence and social inclusion.
Through capacity- building workshops and advocacy campaigns, we help women build confidence, amplify their voices, and expand their influence in their communities, across institutions, and in decision- making spaces. By investing in women’s leadership, we don’t just transform individuals’ life, we create stronger, more resilient communities for everyone.
